Dr. A.M. Suresh has over twenty three years of teaching experience at various Management Institutes and at NIAM. In addition to this, he has assisted various organizations in Market Research Studies and has helped in developing strategic marketing plans. His areas of interest are Business Negotiation Skills, Strategic Marketing, Services Management, Human Resource Management, Management Education, Self Management and Leadership Skills. He has published articles in the area of Marketing, and has also taken up consultancy assignments and management development programmes.

He brings with him over 12 years of experience in academics and research.  He teaches Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior and other HR Related Subjects.  He has avid interest in research and has published many papers.  Has been training in areas like Team Building, Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skills between individuals, within teams, projects and organizations.  He is in the final stages of submitting his Doctoral Dissertation from Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu in the area of HR and Psychology.

Has over 5 years of experience as a practicing Cost Accountant and more than 11 years of teaching experience. Has conducted development programmes for the non-finance executives and also a visiting faculty member at various management institutes. Her areas of interest include Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Micro Finance and Behavioral Finance. She is also a resource person for Management Development Programmes conducted by the Institute. She currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Institute and handles core and Allied Finance subjects.
