Contemporary education needs no emphasis. Rapid technological growth is redefining the education process from a realistic perspective. An ingenious and interactive method of teaching based on versatility is the need of the hour.
The Institute has been striving hard to design programmes creating a new breed of managers who can sail through a highly competitive and complex environment and emerge winners. It also aims at creating an amiable environment through its unique infrastructure and activities for the overall personality development of the student by inculcating a spirit of healthy competition, team work and cooperation for positive contributions towards the family and the community at large. |

In today's world the day starts with business and ends with business and all this revolves around one person,
“The Customer”; who in the words of Mahatma Gandhi is 'God'. In an endeavor to please this God we need a new generation of managers who can wade through the vagaries of complex human behavior, environments and management hazards.
The managers are not born; it is the right type of spark of knowledge released at the right time, which will ignite the talent to make a person 'A Manager'. |

We, at NIAM, shape the managers and provide them the right type of spark of knowledge. The programs at NIAM for both Undergraduate level and Post Graduate Level emphasizes on the global vision, professionalism, personality development and leadership skills to enable the students become good managers with a view to please the “Customer God”. I am very positive that the students after going through the course will be better persons, good leaders and professional managers for whom the sky will be the limit.

| The Graduate and Post Graduate programmes at NIAM Institutions, Bangalore was initiated with the guiding principle that a sound technical expertise coupled with right management acumen, is the key to survival in a contemporary competitive environment. In fact, the programmes are a testimony to the key strengths of NIAM, which is its articulate understanding of the existing and future needs of the corporate world. This inherent dynamism is expressed through path-breaking innovations in both its programs and its research to keep abreast with the latest. The strong industry linkages ultimately go a long way in providing a holistic approach to research and education. |

With Indian economy maturing and getting increasingly professional, role of business schools is becoming progressively complex. In days to come there will be need for specialized managers with perspective to work in volatile environment. The course content and delivery mechanism is being modified to meet emerging challenges, subjects being taught through increased involvement of students and simulation techniques. Emphasis is paid towards building decision making and analytical skills of students. Holistic personality development of students is the other area of attention.
We are indeed grateful for active participation by several corporates in our Industry Integrated program module and our various other initiatives. We are also thankful to management, members of Academic Advisory Board who have always provided required impetus and patronage.
I'm sure the solid foundation in academics and thorough exposure to the corporate world will provide excellent career opportunities to every admitted student of our institution. I whole heartedly welcome the prospective students to experience a vibrant and colorful perspective of their management education with us.
