I started my management training for the second semester in the month of August 2007. The training was indeed a good exposure to the practical aspect of marketing. I was working as a business development executive in a manpower consultancy.
During this training I learned how to face different practical difficulties, some good amount of life experience and practical hardships such as interacting with the clients, working with the team etc.
I was able to improve my communication skills, my presentation skills and my body language, as I was given training on those aspects. Overall I could improve my confidence level by talking to different clients.
